Our policy covers 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed after your order was booked, we do not offer a refund.
Our digital products do not have to be returned. We need a receipt or any other evidence of your order to finish the return process. Kindly do not send your order back to the manufacturer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we send a notification email to you that we have received it. We also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the refund. Late/Missing Refunds (when applicable)
If you don’t receive a refund, first check your bank balance. Then call your credit card company. It can take some time for your refund to be posted. Then call your bank.
